What’s your return policy?

All shipping is by the customer. If we are unable to recover any data or assist in any way we will return the item or items sent to us.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Service in Continental US only at this time, but you can contact us for your specific issue and see if we can make any exceptions. Any shipping address will need to have someone who can sign for any items returned.
